Spring Trip to Dollywood and ridding the Dollywood River Rampage

Our second day in the Smoky Mountains included a trip to Dollywood which is our favorite theme park. The crowd at Dollywood was very light due to the overcast day and because it was on a Sunday. Dollywood is one of the most popular attractions in Pigeon Forge Tennessee and is filled with plenty of things to do for kids of all ages.

We attended the church service at the Robert F. Thomas Chapel right in the park and shortly after had lunch at Reds Diner located in Jukebox Junction. Our order was messed up but Dollywood staff quickly corrected the mistake showing how dedicated they are to making sure everyone who visits the theme park has the best experience possible.

The Classic Car Ride is one of the many popular rides at Dollywood as well as the River Rampage. There is just a lot of things to do and fun to have riding the rollercoasters and seeing the craftsmen working in the park.
