Thrill Maxx was on the scene at Dollywood for their 2020 passholder preview day. This was my first time visiting this park and I must say the parks customer service blew me away. Their staff is so friendly, warm, and inviting. I can not understate how serious the park is handling the recent health concerns. The park was extremely clean and supplied guests with hundreds of bottles of hand sanitizer at stations located throughout the park. I also noticed several staff disinfecting rides, counter tops, and other commonly touched places. I will be re-visiting this charming family park again very soon, and I suggest you take your family as well!
