Thanksgiving is one of the most wonderful holidays of the year! It is a day to celebrate traditions and sense of gratitude with your loved ones. Family time during the holidays is such a prized treasure since school is out and everyone can just come together for fun and fellowship. We all truly have so much to be thankful for…..food, clothing , shelter, family, health, and the list can go on and on.
Visit Pigeon Forge this Thanksgiving and enjoy some quality family time, some amazing Southern food, and the beautiful scenery of the Smoky Mountains. Start making some new family traditions or maybe just carry on some old ones!

Mama’s Farmhouse, the Old Mill Restaurant, and Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen will be serving up a special Thanksgiving menu which is sure to be top notch. At the end of the day, if you are feeling the need for something a little different, Big Daddy’s Pizzeria will be open and one or maybe two of the their delicious pizzas is sure to cure those non-traditional Thanksgiving cravings!
There will be plenty of fun things to do in Pigeon Forge in November. Check out one of the amazing holiday shows, spend some time at The Island enjoying all it has to offer and enjoying the festive decor, or maybe head out to Dollywood for a day of fun.
Winterfest will be in full force too, so taking a driving tour of the holiday lights would be a great way to end the day. And the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony at The Island takes place in November as well.
Not only are there plenty of holiday activities, but you will also find many other things to do in Pigeon Forge. Take the family for a hike in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park or maybe enjoy some fun times challenging your minds at WonderWorks.
