Connie L. ClemsonPRINCETON – Connie L. Clemson, 65, of Princeton, went to be with her Lord and Savior, surrounded by her family at home, on Tuesday, March 30, 2021. Born May 6, 1955 in Princeton, she was the daughter of Edith Shorter Stalnaker of Princeton and the late Edgar Stalnaker.
Connie was a 1973 graduate of Princeton High School and received a Master’s Degree from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. She was a former medical coder and medical transcriptionist for Hospital Corporation of America and held many management positions. She loved spending time with family and friends. She loved reading, shopping and family trips to Pigeon Forge.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by son, Joey Clemson.
In addition to her mother, survivors include husband, Harry Clemson; daughter, Heather Jones (Greg); Suzanne Peters, who was like a daughter; brother, Michael Stalnaker (Nancy); grandchildren, Hannah Chipman, Travis and Maddie Jones, Jackson Bailey and Hailey Kennedy; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Friday, April 2, 2021 at Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton with special nephew, Pastor Marty Stalnaker, officiating.
The family will receive friends Friday, April 2, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until service hour at the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton.
